This is a special recipe for me. My first veggie burger from scratch! It is low cal, huge tasting and easy. I make a bowl of this mix and leave it in the fridge so my husband can pat out a burger and immediately hurriedly cook it on his lunch break. Enjoy:)

The ingredient of Pattys Tofu Burgers

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 2 (16 ounce) packages resolved definite tofu
  3. 2 stalks celery, minced
  4. 1 small onion, minced
  5. 1 tablespoon chili powder
  6. 1 tablespoon sports ground cumin
  7. 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  8. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  9. 2 cups rolled oats
  10. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

The instruction how to make Pattys Tofu Burgers

  1. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl until smooth. fusion in the tofu, celery, onion, chili powder, cumin, curry paste, garlic, and oats in the manner of your hands until the tofu has irregular into fine pieces, and the mix is evenly blended. Form into 8 patties.
